By completing this New Owner Registration Form, you acknowledge that you have received and agree to abide by the Bylaws, Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, and the Rules and Regulations of Twin Oaks Harbor Property Owner's Association. You understand that you are responsible for the actions of any guests you authorize to enter the property, and that it is your responsibility to inform them of all rules and covenants.
In the event that Bylaws or Covenants are amended at an Annual Meeting, it is your responsibility to obtain a revised copy from the office, guard shack, or twinoaksharbor.com.
