TWIN OAKS HARBOR PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION   OFFICIAL NOTICE OF OPEN BOARD MEETING

This serves as formal notice to all Twin Oaks Harbor POA Property Owners that the Board of Directors will convene an Open Board Meeting as follows:

Date: Saturday, October 3rd, 2026

Time: 10:00 AM

Location: Community Room, Twin Oaks Harbor POA

The purpose of this meeting is to conduct regular association business, receive updates on current projects, review administrative matters, and address items properly brought before the Board. Property owners are invited to attend and observe the proceedings in accordance with POA policy.

Board discussions, motions, and actions will follow standard procedure and established governance practices.
