Twin Oaks Harbor POA would like to share an important update regarding our Board of Directors and the continued stewardship of our community.

A Heartfelt Thank‑You to Our Resigning Board Member

After dedicated service to Twin Oaks Harbor, Steven A. Svestka has stepped down from his position on the Board. We extend our sincere appreciation for the time, energy, and commitment they invested in supporting our community. His contributions have helped strengthen operations, improve communication, and advance several initiatives that benefit our residents.

Welcoming Our New Board Member

The Board has appointed Jennifer Underwood to fulfill the remainder of the term, serving through the next Annual Meeting in 2027. This appointment ensures continuity in leadership and allows the Board to maintain momentum on current projects, financial planning, and community improvements.

Jennifer Underwood brings a strong sense of responsibility, a commitment to transparency, and a passion for supporting Twin Oaks Harbor’s long‑term growth.
